She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Rutgers School of Public Health and specializes in public health program implementation, infectious disease prevention and control, workforce development, and community engagement. Baian has extensive experience training clinical and non-clinical staff in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and congregate settings using guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Her work includes public health preparedness, humanitarian assistance, refugee support, women's economic empowerment, and capacity-building initiatives that strengthen communities and improve health outcomes. She is committed to developing inclusive, evidence-based, and sustainable solutions that create lasting social impact and improve the lives of vulnerable populations worldwide.

Expert in operationalizing global donor priorities (UN, World Bank, EU, GIZ/BMZ) into high-impact, scalable field deployments. Deeply specialized in executing socio-economic empowerment frameworks, managing protection programs, and overseeing direct grant implementation for SMEs. Notably, spearheaded the field mobilization, operational roll-out, and nationwide coordination for Jordan’s landmark Education and Digital Transformation program, successfully landing tech-driven development models at the community level.
